Who's behind Prospectio.

Prospectio is built and run by Antek Automation, a UK automation studio. We design quiet, reliable systems that do the repetitive work behind a business — and Prospectio is the one we built for property.

It started as a job for a single Hampshire letting agent who was losing hours every week trawling planning portals and Land Registry by hand. We automated it, it worked, and we're now opening it to a small number of other agents.

You won't be passed to a call centre. When you book a call, you speak to the people who built the product and who will set it up for your area.

Is this legal and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Outreach is postal-first under legitimate interest, with suppression and opt-out enforced. We honour the Mailing Preference Service and any do-not-contact request, and each client controls their own contact records.
How do you get the data?
From public registers — council planning applications, EPC records and HMO licence registers — combined with licensed commercial property data. We don't scrape private accounts or buy lists of dubious provenance.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. Prospectio is run for you. You tell us the areas and the kind of opportunity you want; it finds and prices them and prepares the outreach. You review and approve.
What does it cost?
Pricing is set per client, based on your area, volume and channels. That's why the only step here is a short call — we'll talk through what you need and quote it plainly. No hidden tiers.
Is my data shared with other users?
