Who's behind Prospectio.
Prospectio is built and run by Antek Automation, a UK automation studio. We design quiet, reliable systems that do the repetitive work behind a business — and Prospectio is the one we built for property.
It started as a job for a single Hampshire letting agent who was losing hours every week trawling planning portals and Land Registry by hand. We automated it, it worked, and we're now opening it to a small number of other agents.
