This is a plain-English summary of how Prospectio handles data. Prospectio is operated by Antek Automation, a UK automation studio registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We are the data controller for this website and a data processor for the outreach we run on behalf of each client.
What we collect on this site
This marketing site has no sign-up form. If you book a call, the scheduler (Cal.com) collects the name, email and any note you provide, solely to arrange and hold that call. We do not run advertising trackers.
The data Prospectio works with
For clients, Prospectio processes property and ownership information drawn from public registers — council planning applications, EPC records and HMO licence registers — alongside licensed commercial property data. We do not scrape private accounts or trade in lists of unknown provenance.
Outreach, consent and suppression
Postal outreach is conducted under legitimate interest. We honour the Mailing Preference Service and enforce suppression and opt-out at the point of every send. Any individual can ask to be removed and we action it across all clients.
Isolation
Each client's leads, contacts and outreach history are isolated. Data is never pooled between clients or resold.
Your rights & contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
